Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question, more than likely it’s already been asked and answered. In the case that your question isn’t listed below, contact us.

Adding a QR Code to your landscaping business card can be quite simple.

First, click the Add QR Code button found on the top of the builder. If the pop up doesn’t appear on your screen, you may have a pop up blocker installed. Disable your pop up blocker for the time being while you create your QR Code.

Second, insert the information you want to encode into a QR Code. More than likely you are going to want to place a web address. If this is the case make sure to place the “http://” or “https://” infront of your web address. If you don’t add this the device scanning the QR Code will just think the information is plain text and not display a clicking link.

Third, choose colors. While we advise against this you have the option to change the colors from the traditional black and white to any color combination. The reason why we advise against this is because most people aren’t familiar with color contrast and the scanning device may not register the image as a QR Code.

Fourth, resize the QR Code by clicking and dragging the bottom right corner of the QR Code. We advise that you do not shrink the QR Code too small where the scanning device may have trouble reading it.

To be sure your QR Code is working, use your scanning device to scan your screen before completing your design.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Box Addresses at this time.
It is extremely important you respond to our emails by clicking the Reply button in your preferred email service. If we do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time we will move forward with the printing as is.
PPC ad management is the process of investigating, analyzing numbers, creating landing pages and then reevaluating the progress to make tweaks. We always say that it takes at least 3 months to get any tangible results, so if you aren’t willing to invest that time, then PPC might not be the best strategy for you.

Must-follow guidelines

  1. Design true-to-size graphics
The graphics you upload must be true to their size on the end product.
  2. Use solid shapes and colors only
Don’t include photographic images, gradients, fade or blend effects. Elements like these cannot be embroidered.
  3. Use transparent backgrounds
Graphics should include transparent backgrounds. Elements outside the main design will be picked up and result in unwanted embroidery stitches on the end product.
  4. Outline your fonts
All fonts should be converted to outlines unless your graphic is in PNG format. That way you don’t have to send us the font files.
  5. Submit vector files in EPS or PDF format
We highly recommend submitting your embroidery graphics as vector files (EPS or PDF). Raster graphics (PNG) can be used as well if the resolution of the graphic is at least 300 DPI.
  6. Stay within the maximum stitch count
If your graphic covers a very large part of the embroidery area, it may exceed the maximum limit of 15,000 stitches. In such case, your order will be put on hold.
  7. Remove embroidery file template guidelines
If you use our downloadable templates, delete the guide layers before saving your files. If you don’t delete them, they’ll be embroidered.
