Terms of Service

For certain product and service offerings you may elect to electronically upload or otherwise submit data, text, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials (collectively, “Customer Content”) to lbc.promo (LBC) inclusion in print products. You understand and agree that you (and any other person from whom it may have originated) are solely responsible for all Customer Content. When you upload, or otherwise provide Customer Content to LBC you warrant and confirm that you either own the copyright to or have permission to copy any documents, text, graphics, photographs, etc., that you submit for inclusion in the print process, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold LBC and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders agent and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any attorney’s fees incurred by LBC in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

Returns and Guarantee

If you request a refund, the time it takes for your refund to arrive may depend on your bank. In most cases, you should receive your refund between 5 and 10 business days. Certain circumstances are beyond LBC’s control and may not be covered by the Guarantee. Please note that we cannot be responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images, design errors introduced by the customer in the document creation process, errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type, and damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer. Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. lbc.promo does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.

Uniform / Apparel Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report. The return address is set by default to the LBC facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable). If you haven’t registered an account on lbc.promo and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund). LBC does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of. Returned by Customer – Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Print As Is

Once a printing order is submitted, the next step in the process is to have the image “plated”. To keep up with our fast turnaround time, this step is usually done within the hour of the order being placed. Once the image is plated, the customer will receive a tracking link to follow the progress of the order and no changes can be done. Customer can choose to cancel the shipping of the materials for a partial refund (shipping charges), but the order will be printed and no cancellations will be accepted for a refund of the printed materials.

5% Over Under Rule

As a general rule, printing companies can charge for up to ten percent overs. This goes for paperback book printers, hardcover book printers, catalog printers, magazine printers, even vendors that print newsletters or provide brochure printing. They can also deliver up to ten percent fewer copies than ordered. This is industry standard. “Overage” refers to copies above and beyond the stated press run. These copies are produced to allow for make-ready (set-up operations) and spoilage during the various components of the printing and finishing process. To keep costs down for clients LBC has a 5% Over Under Rule. Although we endeavor to ship the quantity ordered, LBC reserves the right to ship within 5% over or under the requested quantity. If a minimum quantity is a necessity we recommend that you adjust the total quantity ordered to account for the possibility of an under run.


By placing an order in which requires delivery, the customer agrees they have confirmed the shipping address provided is valid. In the event the shipping address is not valid, the delivery will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return. Shipments from LBC are made through the UPS service. UPS does not offer deliveries to P.O. Boxes. The shipping address for orders should be physical addresses and not P.O. Box addresses. In the event that an order is placed with a P.O Box address in the shipping field, the order will be delayed and the customer will incur any shipping fees associated with a re-shipping or return. Orders marked for “Pick Up” and later changed to “Shipping” will incur a 5% charge based on the original reception selection. Failure to abide by said terms will result in suspension or termination of affiliate account and affiliate will will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

Use of Promotions

If a product ordered through the LBC website is used for promotion, LBC reserves the right to use an image of the product in its own promotions including website images, printing catalogue and promotional videos.
